The management committee of GGSOA currently comprises fourteen members. The
management committee has a balanced representation from resident house owners, non-resident house
owners and vacant plot owners, ensuring that the interests of all types of owners are addressed
while making decisions. Several of the committee members are serving senior leadership and
technology positions in top multinational corporations & other reputed organizations. They bring in
a culture of high level of professionalism, accountability, transparency, ethics and collaboration
in the management of affairs at GGSOA. Mr. H. Nagaraja (owner of SLV Housing Development
Corporation) also is a member of the Management Committee. More than a decade back, while building
the layout, he envisioned a layout something that is far superior to the rest of the pack. He is not
only a major stakeholder in the layout, he brings in unique value to the association through his
knowledge of technical and legal aspects of the layout, and his relationship with the administrative
bodies that would matter for the association. The Management Committee would prepare budgets, track
expenses, identify initiatives that need to be taken for improvement of the layout, conduct regular
all hands meet with the owners, publish periodic newsletters to the owners to share budget,
expenses, maintenance status, ongoing and future initiatives, conduct polls and surveys to get the
